FOR HER: By the way, I invited the guys over to watch the game. Oh, and can you make some of that dip that you made last year, and pick up some more drinks from the store before the weekend? OR HOW ABOUT: Hey babe, I'm going hunting with the guys so I'll need all my camo stuff packed before Friday.
FOR HIM: Hey honey, Mom is coming to stay with us for a month! OR MAYBE--I painted our bedroom pink and bought that new outfit I've been wanting!
You can add in your own scenario but, the fact is, you'll get a much better response when you pave the path with flowers! And don't forget to add on a stuffed animal or chocolates to help maintain that warm and fuzzy feeling! You'll be glad you did!
